About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support partner-network customers or central stakeholders with business activities in the online branch
- Coordinate end-to-end (E2E) implementations
- Manage, coordinate, and prioritize tasks within interdisciplinary teams and with external service providers
- Take responsibility for complete assignments in the online branch
- Plan resources and ensure consistent implementation
- Manage requirements for the internal teams involved, including ticket assessment, prioritization, processing, and qualification
- Act as the interface between Market Management, partner-network organizations, Editorial, and other S-Com units
Requirements
What you’ll need- A relevant vocational qualification and/or university degree, combined with several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Proven expertise in project work
- Confident in delivering digital projects
- Experience monitoring and controlling KPIs
- Experience managing agile teams
- Experience working with content management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident stakeholder-management skills
