About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end planning and management of complex, distributed product development and digitalization projects in the payments sector
- Continuous monitoring of project performance and risks
- Proactive maintenance of project plans, coordination of project activities, and transparent change management
- Audience-appropriate reporting to project sponsors, senior management, and other stakeholders
- Participation in key decisions within the relevant committees
- Commissioning and management of external service providers and project partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience managing complex, distributed product development projects, ideally including app design and development as well as payments
- Project management and/or agile certifications are an advantage
- Collaborative personality with strong negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with partners and service providers
- Ideally, experience coordinating with committees and senior-level stakeholders
- Fluent German with professional negotiation proficiency
