About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide established Scrum teams on a daily basis following an intensive onboarding and handover process, and support their continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with and uphold the rules of the Scrum framework
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, and Sprint Planning)
- Support teams in achieving their sprint goals, and identify and remove impediments
- Foster trust and transparency within and across teams
- Identify conflicts at an early stage and develop constructive solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders and Product Owners to respond to changing customer needs
- Continuously develop your skills within the Scrum Master team, exchange knowledge and experience, and advance the development of all teams across the company through your expertise
- Make a significant contribution to the agile spirit throughout the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Certified Scrum Master with several years of experience
- Experience supporting agile software development teams
- Familiarity with the Scrum Guide
- An excellent communicator who inspires others in problem-solving and conflict resolution and strengthens a positive team spirit
- Empathetic
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Assertive
- Structured approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams/Office 365, and Slack
