About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services supporting global software solutions
- Solve complex cloud engineering challenges through advanced technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration
- Shape cloud practices and drive technical excellence across teams and projects
- Analyze complex systems and troubleshoot distributed applications
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement
- Manage and optimize cloud costs
- Perform other duties and activities as required

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
- Advanced knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and key management
- Experience with Microsoft Azure components, including compute, storage, networking basics, Key Vault, subnets, firewalls, load balancers, and Cosmos DB
- Experience with Octopus Deploy or similar deployment/release tooling
- Ability to write and run SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation; experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot distributed applications
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Understanding of cloud cost management and optimization strategies
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST and participate in a rotational US shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
- Master’s degree, professional certifications, and SaaS or enterprise software experience are preferred
