Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and optimize advanced solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting
Architect and deliver complex technical solutions from business requirements through development, testing, and deployment
Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and external platforms using APIs, webhooks, and other integration technologies
Develop automations and workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
Troubleshoot existing applications, identify root causes, and implement reliable long-term solutions
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies to accelerate development and productivity
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical, scalable technical solutions
Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, well-documented, and support long-term business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of professional software development experience
At least 4 years of hands-on Zoho development
Advanced expertise across the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and workflow automation
Proven experience independently architecting, developing, and delivering complex Zoho solutions in a production environment
Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies in real development workflows
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including solution architecture, code quality, security, testing, and maintainability
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and take ownership of projects from beginning to end
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Nice to have: experience with Python and/or JavaScript
Nice to have: experience integrating Zoho with NetSuite, ERP systems, or other enterprise applications
Nice to have: experience developing AI agents, AI-powered workflows, or advanced business automations
Nice to have: experience building technical solutions for cross-functional business operations
