About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Discover and sign new talent, and maintain strong knowledge of key players in Quebec’s influencer and entertainment industry
- Guide talent in their development and help increase their visibility and audience across social media
- Meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention targets by securing commercial opportunities for talent
- Lead negotiations and support the execution of brand campaigns and partnerships
- Develop personal branding strategies and social media growth tactics
- Collaborate with the Dulcedo team on projects and partnerships
- Support talent onboarding and day-to-day experience at Dulcedo
- Attend industry events and meetings with talent, occasionally outside regular business hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an agency or in-house environment focused on digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, public relations, or events related to Quebec’s influencer or entertainment industry
- Strong knowledge of the Quebec market and the ability to identify promising talent
- Experience negotiating and managing influencer marketing campaigns
- An established network in public relations, media, and influencer marketing on the brand side
- Strong understanding of social platforms, tools, algorithms, and analytics
- Comfortable reviewing and redlining contracts
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Skilled at building authentic relationships and connecting with a variety of personalities
- Passion for the industry, flexibility, and ongoing communication with talent, including outside standard working hours
- A degree in business administration, law, communications, or marketing is an asset but not required
