About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all Echo Lab exams including 2D Echo, Doppler, Color Flow, Stress Echo, and contrast studies.
- Deliver patient-centered, professional care aligned with high clinical standards.
- Accurately document findings and imaging in the EMR and DVR systems.
- Identify and report significant abnormalities to cardiologists.
- Monitor for contraindications during stress testing.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe testing environment.
- Contribute to a culture of quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Work Monday-Friday, 7:00-3:30pm, in an outpatient setting with no call.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required.
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI).
- Minimum 2 years of Echo Lab experience.
- Proficiency in electrocardiography and cardiac anatomy.
- Strong skills in Doppler, M-mode, 2D, and color flow imaging.
- Familiarity with exercise EKG equipment and rapid post-stress image acquisition.
- Experience with contrast imaging and digital echocardiography platforms.
- Commitment to accuracy, safety, and patient-first care.
- Travel required.
