About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and continuously evolve the enterprise-wide vision, transformation strategy, and multi-year roadmap for responsible AI adoption and business transformation.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic opportunities where AI can improve operating models, productivity, decision-making, customer outcomes, and enterprise value creation.
  • Advise senior executives on AI transformation opportunities, risks, industry trends, governance considerations, and investment priorities.
  • Establish enterprise-wide transformation frameworks, operating models, governance processes, and portfolio management methodologies guiding AI adoption across business functions.
  • Oversee the enterprise AI transformation portfolio and align prioritization and investment decisions with corporate strategy, expected value, organizational readiness, and risk tolerance.
  • Sponsor and guide complex, high-impact, strategically significant AI transformation initiatives.
  • Establish approaches for business case evaluation, value realization measurement, prioritization, scalability assessment, and benefits tracking.
  • Enhance enterprise policies, governance structures, standards, and accountability frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
  • Lead executive and enterprise governance forums overseeing AI strategy, investments, risks, compliance, and transformation outcomes.
  • Foster an AI-enabled culture promoting innovation, experimentation, responsible usage, and continuous learning.
  • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to integrate AI transformation objectives into strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Champion AI transformation and organizational change across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate strategic partnerships, vendor ecosystems, and innovation opportunities.
  • Provide executive leadership with insights, recommendations, risk assessments, and portfolio performance reporting.
  • Lead resolution of enterprise-level risks, dependencies, conflicts, and organizational barriers affecting transformation success.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, technology strategy, AI innovation, digital transformation, operating model design, or business transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated success defining and leading enterprise-wide AI strategies and large-scale transformation portfolios in global organizations.
  • Deep expertise in generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, enterprise governance, AI operating models, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Experience advising executive leadership and influencing strategic business decisions involving substantial organizational investment and change.
  • Proven ability to establish enterprise governance models, transformation offices, centers of excellence, and sustainable adoption frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of evolving AI regulatory environments, privacy requirements, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional executive communication, organizational influence, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated industry recognition or thought leadership in AI transformation, enterprise strategy, digital innovation, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Ownership mindset; problem-solving, curiosity, and action orientation.
  • Proactive collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Continuous growth mindset and willingness to broaden competencies through courses and programs.
  • Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
