About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive the consensus demand plan for volume and revenue across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
  • Lead the monthly regional demand planning agenda across Commercial, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance
  • Translate market insights into demand assumptions for short- and long-term planning
  • Facilitate the monthly revenue outlook generation process from the demand perspective
  • Build and manage demand plans at SKU and customer level using OMP, SAP APO, and Excel
  • Align demand signals with operational execution and communicate with global manufacturing and supply chain teams
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand trends; identify root causes and drive corrective actions
  • Support IBP/S&OP processes, including Global Demand Reviews and pre-alignment meetings
  • Partner with global peers and the Demand Planner Leader
  • Develop executive-ready insights and presentations for regional and global leadership
  • Continuously improve demand planning processes, data quality, insights, and forecast reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Commercial Planning, or IBP/S&OP processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data analytics tools such as Power BI
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence in a cross-functional, global environment
  • High learning agility and adaptability to new systems and methodologies
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets (preferred)
  • Exposure to advanced planning tools such as OMP, SAP APO, or similar (preferred)
  • Background in industrial, aerospace, or automotive sectors (preferred)
