About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support and expertise for RO, NF, UF membrane systems and ion exchange resin technologies across the EMEA region
  • Partner with customers to understand water treatment challenges and develop tailored technical solutions
  • Conduct on-site visits, technical audits, troubleshooting activities, and customer training programs
  • Support membrane cleaning studies, performance evaluations, data normalization, and system optimization
  • Assist customers during start-up and commissioning of UF, RO, and IER installations
  • Manage pilot unit operation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
  • Support technology evaluations and customer trials
  • Prepare technical reports and recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and seminars
  • Utilize WAVE® and other water treatment performance software to develop technical proposals and optimize customer systems
  • Ensure activities comply with Environmental, Health & Safety requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Water Technology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting water treatment systems, including ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO/NF), and ion exchange resins (IER)
  • Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning, or field service support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% across the EMEA region
  • Experience with pilot testing, membrane cleaning, and process optimization
  • Familiarity with water treatment design software and modeling tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multinational team
  • Customer-focused mindset and passion for building long-term relationships and solving customer challenges
