About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a portfolio of existing Canadian client accounts as the senior relationship lead and primary point of accountability
- Build and execute account plans mapping client goals, stakeholders, and expansion opportunities
- Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new needs, extending engagements, and introducing additional studios and services
- Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across business units and decision-makers
- Lead renewals, extensions, and new statements of work from value framing through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and retention risks, addressing issues early
- Communicate Dura Digital's value and delivered outcomes to key stakeholders
- Contribute to account forecasting, revenue strategy, and planning as a member of the Growth leadership team
- Partner with Studio Leads and Delivery Leadership to ensure measurable outcomes and client satisfaction
- Bridge clients and delivery teams to maintain clarity of intent, expectations, and outcomes
- Run regular business reviews with clients, share results, gather feedback, and shape future roadmaps
- Coach and grow account management practices and skills across the organization
- Stay informed on client industries, challenges, priorities, and emerging technologies
- Translate client insights into proactive recommendations, new offerings, or refined positioning
- Capture client success stories and references to strengthen Dura Digital's Canadian market presence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in senior account management, client partner, or growth leadership roles within technology consulting or professional services
- 5+ years of experience owning and growing strategic client accounts, including renewals, extensions, and cross-selling
- Strong ability to engage C-level and executive stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Established network and working knowledge of the Canadian business landscape
- Demonstrated experience building and executing account plans that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to clearly articulate value, vision, and outcomes
- Strong understanding of services-based business models and how delivery quality drives account growth
- Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Full alignment with Dura Digital's values and collaborative, people-first culture
- Must be based in Canada
