About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and evolve AI agents and agentic workflows that are core to Duve’s product
- Develop production-grade AI-powered features and integrate them into the existing platform
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges from problem understanding and solution design through implementation and delivery
- Build reliable and scalable software systems supporting AI capabilities
- Evaluate new AI technologies and approaches and identify opportunities to apply them to product and business challenges
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn ideas and customer needs into high-quality technical solutions
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions across the AI team
- Maintain high engineering standards through clean code, testing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges and drive solutions from idea to production
- Proven experience developing AI agents and agentic applications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong hands-on coding skills
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design and scalable systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or veteran from 8200 / Mamram or an equivalent unit
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with RAG and/or LangGraph (nice to have)
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment (nice to have)
- Experience mentoring other engineers or contributing to technical leadership and architectural decisions (nice to have)
