About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver outstanding retail experiences through presentation and demonstration of Dyson machines
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations showcasing Dyson products across Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care and Professional categories
- Achieve individual daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and sales conversion targets
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and increase Dyson in-store presence
- Build strong relationships with store management and staff
- Uncover shopper needs and match them with appropriate products
- Provide bespoke consultations to answer customer questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Availability for permanent weekend work
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Experience within a premium retail environment is advantageous
- Keen interest in technology
- Ability to communicate how machines work differently
- High standard of personal presentation
- Excellent customer service
- Confident approach and friendly, engaging manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex information simply
- Ability to work independently
- Time management skills with ability to multi-task
- Determination, passion and drive for results
- Hard working, ambitious approach
- Ability to provide in-depth bespoke consultations and answer customers’ questions
- Required to work every Saturday and Sunday
