About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain various systems and databases for multiple locations within the United States and potentially internationally
Assist with month-end close reporting and accounting-related follow-up activities
Investigate inventory variances between physical and system inventory
Review adjustments, shortage/over/damage reports
Track all product QA holds, both internal and regulatory
Ensure daily reconciliation and accurate reporting of departments is completed timely and accurately
Research, document, and adjust variances after approval
Assist with the inventory aging process
Work with co-manufacturers, distribution centers, QA, Order Management, and Sales to reduce waste
Work with e.l.f. Beauty’s third-party logistics providers and contract manufacturers to manage inventory at multiple locations
Receive componentry, complete production work orders, and process shipments in ERP systems
Support inventory SOX compliance, systemic variances, and inventory reconciliations for each partner
Support inventory destruction, damages, donations, eCommerce inventory fulfillment, and cycle count programs
Participate in e.l.f.’s Continuous Improvement program
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong ability to effectively prioritizes tasks based on department goals
Excellent oral, and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills needed to work with teams both within the US and Internationally
Extremely strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to make recommendations that continuously improve policies and procedures
Strong understanding of inventory and SOX compliance
College degree with 3-5 years of work experience of listed responsibilities is preferred
Okay to replace work experience for college degree
Ability to be flexible on schedules to meet with facilities across the globe
Experience working with contract manufacturer facilities is a plus
Continuous Improvement training and certification a plus
Understanding of NetSuite and SAP a plus
Possible domestic and international travel
Must be self-motivated and detailed oriented
