About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead influencer and creator strategy across major product launches, evergreen priorities, campaigns and key brand moments
- Translate brand and business priorities into creator strategies across organic, gifting, creator affiliate, partnerships and community-driven activations
- Lead influencer programs from strategy through execution, including creator selection, relationship management and program delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with priority creators, managers and talent partners
- Lead creator affiliate and partnership strategies using organic and performance insights
- Develop creator and community strategies across events, product testing, early access and other brand experiences
- Lead influencer strategy for priority global markets and launches with regional teams and agency partners
- Analyze influencer program performance and translate results, creator behavior and cultural insights into recommendations
- Monitor creator landscape, emerging talent, platform behavior, beauty trends and cultural moments
- Partner with Brand, Social, Growth, E-commerce, Communications, Creative and Operations teams
- Develop the team and junior talent
- Report to the Associate Director, Influencer Marketing & Community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related field
- 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR or brand marketing; beauty or lifestyle experience preferred
- Experience developing and leading influencer strategies across major launches, campaigns or brand initiatives
- Experience across organic influencer marketing, gifting, creator affiliate and paid creator partnerships
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creator behavior, emerging talent and the evolving influencer landscape
- Experience managing creator and talent relationships, including outreach, negotiation and ongoing relationship development
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, social, growth and other partner teams
- Strong strategic instincts and ability to translate broader objectives into clear strategies and recommendations
- Strong relationship-building skills with creators, talent representatives and external partners
- Ability to independently lead complex programs and make sound decisions
- Strong analytical skills using performance and qualitative insights to inform strategy
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented approach with a high standard for execution
- Strong people management skills and interest in developing junior talent
