Key responsibilities & impact- Lead BI projects end to end, from scoping business requirements through report deployment to production, for France and international subsidiaries
- Contribute to the group-wide BI rollout strategy
- Scope requirements with Finance, Sales, Executive Management and Supply Chain teams, then translate them into actionable analytical solutions
- Independently manage projects, including planning, prioritization, deliverable quality and adherence to deadlines
- Enhance existing BI tools and propose improvements
- Design resources, advanced data models and interactive reports
- Define and implement governance rules to ensure data quality and security
- Prepare technical and functional project documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and support integration with AI
- Train and support users
- Lead the internal BI community through steering committees, continuous improvement initiatives, key-user training and skills development
- Ensure the consistency and completeness of the group’s master data across the ERP and BI environments
- Monitor projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the quality of deliverables
- Present projects and results to business teams and management in French and English
- Use AI agents, particularly Claude, to industrialize tools and make methods more scalable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (business school or engineering school)
- Strong skills in corporate finance and project management
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a multi-company, multi-currency environment
- Proven experience delivering successful Power BI projects into production for a broad user base
- Advanced proficiency in Power Query, M language, DAX, data modeling and report development
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Fabric platform, including dataflows, datasets, reports, access management, row-level security (RLS) and workspaces
- Good knowledge of SAP ECC6, particularly the FI/SD modules
- Professional fluency in English required
- Spanish or Italian proficiency is a plus
- Ability to independently manage projects and communicate with non-technical business stakeholders
- Ability to transform business requirements into actionable analytical solutions
- Strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of core data concepts, including modeling, the data value chain, the various phases of a project and data quality
- Understanding of commercial concepts, including price reductions and front-end and back-end discounts
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
