About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the implementation of inclusive training initiatives across the region
  • Manage training programs administratively
  • Coordinate multiple projects
  • Support participants throughout their journey, including registrations and coordination of training starts
  • Monitor attendance and prepare weekly reports
  • Prepare end-of-training certificates and individual assessments
  • Support operational relations with France Travail and monitor participant files
  • Contribute to improving internal tools and processes
  • Lead group information sessions with partners
  • Answer candidate questions and provide telephone support
  • Verify and process mandatory application information and residence permit requirements
  • Participate in pre-selection days and coach candidates
  • Participate in key training events
  • Contribute to partner network mapping and development
  • Organize meetings and presentations about each One
  • Propose information sessions for partners
  • Contribute to developing partner engagement processes
  • Participate in improving the selection process, developing monitoring tools, and implementing sourcing models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level (third- or fourth-year study) at a business school or equivalent university program
  • Previous experience (internship, work-study program, or volunteer work) in inclusion is highly desirable
  • Highly detail-oriented and rigorous
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proactive
  • Strong interest in administrative work
  • Ability to deliver presentations to job seekers and work directly with France Travail business managers
