About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead day-to-day management of a key snack brand portfolio
  • Drive marketing strategies supporting business growth through brand development, innovation, consumer engagement, and performance optimization
  • Serve as point of contact for snack brands across marketing, innovation, pricing, distribution, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, KPIs, and budget allocation; evaluate ROI and recommend future plans
  • Lead innovation pipeline development and product execution through Stage Gate
  • Manage weekly team meetings, follow-ups, and problem-solving initiatives to support successful, on-time launches
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategy, brand growth initiatives, and product launches
  • Develop selling stories and marketing materials to help customer teams sell effectively
  • Coordinate retail business-related marketing efforts, product/specification/packaging changes, customer inquiries, and product presentations
  • Support monthly demand forecasting by providing marketing activity and expected-lift information
  • Manage website updates and data analytics
  • Provide competitive reviews and business performance updates
  • Track and report on competitive brand positioning, pricing, marketing, social/digital tactics, and performance
  • Conduct product reviews, including product panels, sample procurement, documentation, and review protocols
  • Analyze Popcorn business shifts and drivers to manage brand deliverables and future initiatives
  • Recommend changes to price-pack architecture, SKU lineup, and distribution focus
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
  • 4+ years of classic CPG Brand Management experience; Food or Beverage experience preferred
  • Understanding of business fundamentals and ability to convert insights into sustainable strategies and action plans for growth
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen, analytical abilities, and communication skills
  • Capable of independent decision making and influencing others
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask against several complex projects at a time
  • Familiarity with syndicated data systems (Nielsen, Consumer Household Panel, etc.)
  • Experience managing and leveraging primary consumer research and manipulating multiple data sources to generate business insights and actions
  • Computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to perform the listed physical and working-condition requirements, including prolonged computer work, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, and working in the described office environment
