About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, own, and execute the enterprise Risk Automation product strategy and roadmap across Early Warning Services
  • Translate risk and control needs into scalable solutions leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, data, and enabling technologies
  • Provide hands-on product and technical leadership across discovery, solution design, prototyping, implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement
  • Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, and business teams to translate complex requirements into effective solutions
  • Align solutions with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, risk management, and control requirements
  • Build stakeholder alignment on priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans
  • Establish sustainable internal capabilities for continued development and operation of risk automation solutions
  • Selectively leverage professional services and external expertise for specialized capabilities or delivery capacity
  • Drive adoption and measurable value through success measures, outcome monitoring, stakeholder feedback, and expanded automation opportunities
  • Promote reusable and scalable approaches that improve efficiency, strengthen risk management and controls, and enable consistent enterprise execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or typically obtained through equivalent experience
  • 12 or more years of related work experience
  • Experience defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps for automation, artificial intelligence, data, technology, risk, or similarly complex enterprise capabilities
  • Experience translating business, risk, or control requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions
  • Technical depth and experience partnering directly with technology and data teams across solution design, prototyping, implementation, integration, and enhancement
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Data, Risk, and business stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, information security, data governance, technology governance, and risk and control considerations associated with AI- and automation-enabled solutions
  • Experience driving adoption, defining measures of success, evaluating solution value, and using outcomes and stakeholder feedback to inform roadmap priorities
  • Ability to build sustainable internal capabilities while leveraging external partners or professional services
  • Excellent listening and execution skills
  • Background and drug screen
  • Must independently possess eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire
  • Position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship
  • Preferred: Master’s degree
  • Preferred: Certifications in design thinking and/or agile
  • Preferred: Prior experience in payments, financial services, or a similar regulated industry
