About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health leaders
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace concerns, performance management, and corrective action processes
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, internal transfers, and organizational changes within clinical programs
  • Manage employee separations, retirements, and transition activities in partnership with leadership
  • Partner with Compliance & Credentialing to align hiring, performance management, privileging, licensure, and separation activities
  • Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
  • Provide backup support for credentialing and compliance functions when needed
  • Coordinate immigration-related processes for eligible healthcare professionals, including H-1B visa activities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of job families, career pathways, and organizational leveling structures
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce planning and succession planning strategies
  • Create job descriptions, leveling guides, and career framework resources
  • Assist with wage band development and market compensation analysis initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development guidance to leaders across clinical programs
  • Conduct or support employee relations investigations
  • Participate in culture initiatives, leadership training programs, and manager development efforts
  • Collaborate across the People Operations team to support organizational priorities and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three to five years of progressive HR experience within healthcare, behavioral health, FQHC, or similarly regulated environments
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements and their impact on HR practices
  • Experience managing employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Proven ability to build productive partnerships with clinical leaders and compliance teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
