About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather requirements and analyse business processes
  • Design effective solutions and implement system developments
  • Configure, develop and support Liquidlogic case management systems
  • Deliver system developments, enhancements and upgrades supporting statutory social care services
  • Support users and identify efficiencies
  • Ensure systems meet operational needs
  • Work with stakeholders, senior leaders, frontline practitioners, software suppliers and IT colleagues
  • Contribute to an established programme of work
  • Attend Eastbourne or Lewes offices at least one day per week

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in Business Analysis and/or Liquidlogic systems
  • Ability to apply Business Analysis methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Experience configuring, developing and implementing changes within Liquidlogic systems
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior leaders, frontline practitioners, software suppliers and IT colleagues
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business information into clear, accessible language
  • Ability to identify efficiency opportunities, redesign processes and develop practical solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to attend Eastbourne or Lewes offices a minimum of one day per week
  • Must upload a CV and Supporting Statement addressing the person specification criteria
