About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and supervise members of the Service Agreement Team
- Manage own varied workload and monitor the workload of others
- Ensure information held within finance systems is correct
- Support timely payments to providers and accurate billing to adults using services
- Provide first point of contact for care providers
- Provide expert advice to internal teams on Service Agreements and aspects of the Adult Social Care Support Plan and Commissioning process
- Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Attend the Eastbourne office at least one day per week, with daily attendance initially during training and induction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer-focused with customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to effectively prioritise own workload and monitor the workload of others
- Adaptable and flexible to ensure team targets are achieved
- Appropriate space at home to work effectively on home-working days
- Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity
- Evidence of an overseas police check if lived or worked abroad
- CV and Supporting Statement required for application
