Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct due diligence for business and commercial loan requests
Fulfill testing and QA activities for manual rate changes, insurance administration, and Participation transaction flows
Track, monitor, and escalate exceptions related to commercial loan administrative programs
Assist with Commercial loan projects, audits, and research
Perform control testing
Perform document quality assurance prior to loan boarding
Handle complex Participation and Syndication loan originations, ensuring timely and accurate processing and documentation
Provide Commercial and Business Banking loan documentation expertise for QA activities and/or LaserPro documentation production
Ensure insurance requirements and coverage are met for applicable collateral or conditions
Ensure collateral records and tracking are accurately documented
Ensure loan terms and conditions are satisfied prior to disbursement
Support collaborative workflow and production management as a cross-trained team member
Maintain strong quality control and regulatory adherence

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2–8+ years of experience in loan production, commercial lending, or financial services, commensurate with grade level
Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation, funding procedures, and system workflows, including nCino, core banking systems, and LaserPro
Proficiency in loan origination platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
