About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage enterprise partner pipeline to achieve quarterly venue targets
  • Map the hospitality landscape and identify relevant stakeholders
  • Research target account structures and identify decision-makers
  • Conduct scheduled meetings, cold email outreach, walk-ins, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls
  • Meet senior decision-makers virtually and in person
  • Deliver pitches and product demonstrations showing how EatClub can drive footfall and revenue
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder account plans and follow-ups
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with large enterprise clients
  • Identify deal blockers and coordinate with EatClub teams to keep deals progressing
  • Support enterprise client onboarding and provide training where necessary
  • Attend events and develop a network of market stakeholders
  • Expand the UK enterprise sales territory and help shape the international enterprise sales model

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record building and closing enterprise or B2B pipeline from scratch, ideally in hospitality or hospitality tech
  • Comfort owning the full sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Experience selling into multi-site or franchise organisations
  • Ability to tailor pitches for stakeholders ranging from CFOs to Heads of Operations
  • Structured, resilient outreach across cold calls, executive email sequences, LinkedIn, events, and walk-ins
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating and closing agreements with senior decision-makers
  • Familiarity with hospitality POS or payments ecosystems such as Zonal, Toast, ComTrex, Square, or Lightspeed
  • Experience selling technical or integration-dependent products
  • Existing network of senior stakeholders across UK multi-site hospitality groups
  • Experience in a scaleup environment or building a new function or territory from zero
  • Willingness to work flexibly around hospitality service times
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, face-to-face selling, targets, metrics, and performance accountability
