About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with functions to understand employee support needs and turn them into enablement actions
- Operationalize and roll out AI enablement programs for day-to-day employee use
- Lead AI Ambassadors, training sessions, office hours, demos, pilot groups, and communities of practice
- Create guides, templates, FAQs, manager talking points, and role-based toolkits
- Coordinate pilot participants, track progress, document feedback, and surface blockers
- Translate AI capabilities into simple guidance for employees, managers, and teams
- Support internal communications that build awareness, confidence, and participation
- Track participation, feedback, adoption signals, and early impact
- Document success stories, examples, and lessons learned
- Partner with People, Communications, IT, Product, and business teams to coordinate rollout and adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise change, employee enablement, learning programs, internal communications, operations, or technology adoption initiatives
- Experience rolling out new tools, processes, or ways of working to large employee groups, ideally in a technology-led or digital environment
- Hands-on experience building enablement materials such as training guides, playbooks, FAQs, manager toolkits, office hour content, or launch communications
- Practical experience coordinating employee-facing programs such as ambassador networks, pilot groups, learning sessions, demos, feedback forums, or communities of practice
- Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work and ability to explain practical AI use cases in simple language for non-technical employees
- Strong program execution skills, including managing timelines, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders, and following through on details
- Experience collecting employee feedback, identifying patterns, and turning insights into practical program or material improvements
- Experience operating in environments where guidance, tools, and priorities are evolving
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to partner across People, Communications, IT, Product, and business teams
- Strong judgment, organization, and bias for action in ambiguous environments where priorities may shift quickly
- Remote roles are not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship
