About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own overall marketing strategy and annual planning aligned with revenue, budget, and growth objectives
  • Manage marketing P&L and budget allocation across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through marketing attribution, customer analytics, and performance modeling
  • Present marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across channels, partnerships, and customer segments
  • Own customer acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, email, SMS, and other channels
  • Create video and written content briefs
  • Drive SEO and AI content optimization
  • Manage paid media budgets and optimize spend based on channel performance and attribution
  • Manage creator and influencer programs, including partner identification, contracts, campaign briefs, and performance tracking
  • Develop marketing partnerships with Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal Orlando
  • Negotiate marketing collaborations and content partnerships
  • Serve as business lead and creator liaison at 6–8 creator activations annually, including travel to California and Florida
  • Implement AI-driven tools for content production, campaign performance, and customer engagement
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing organization
  • Manage agency, freelancer, and strategic creator relationships
  • Establish team goals, KPIs, accountability frameworks, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Oversee brand strategy and content roadmap
  • Craft positioning, conduct competitive analysis, and ensure brand consistency
  • Own the marketing technology stack, including content administration, SMS, GA4, attribution, automation, and AI tools
  • Evaluate and adopt marketing technology solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success owning marketing strategy, budget, and P&L in a direct-to-consumer and e-commerce environment
  • Performance marketing expertise across paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), SEO, email, and SMS
  • Experience managing large-scale media budgets and optimizing for CPA and ROAS
  • Experience building and managing creator and influencer programs
  • Experience with partner identification, contract negotiation, campaign management, and ROI measurement
  • Strong brand and content strategy expertise
  • Ability to lead, develop, and inspire marketing teams
  • Experience managing co-op marketing partnerships and negotiating joint promotional opportunities
  • Familiarity with the theme park or travel industry is a strong plus
  • Advanced analytical capability with marketing attribution modeling, GA4, customer analytics, and performance reporting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute tactically
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience presenting marketing strategy and performance to senior leadership and external partners
  • Passion for travel, family experiences, and theme parks
