About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and analyze accounts payable transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
Research and resolve invoice, vendor, and payment discrepancies.
Support the transition and standardization of AP processes within the shared services function.
Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve accounting processes.
Assist with AP technology and automation initiatives, including AI-based solutions.
Analyze AP data and provide reporting to support business decisions.
Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Maintain strong internal controls and accurate financial documentation.
Support additional shared services and accounting projects as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of accounts payable, shared services, or related accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Process improvement mindset with an interest in automation and technology.
Experience with AP automation or AI integration is a plus.
NetSuite and expense management system experience are a plus.
Positive, dependable, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
