About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the management and operation of ECGlobal’s and its partners’ community platforms
Collaborate on participant engagement activities and the execution of research conducted within the communities
Support the understanding of briefs and topics, contributing to the planning, production, scheduling, and publication of content
Monitor interactions on posts, support moderation, and encourage member participation
Review comments and content posted by users, flagging inappropriate interactions
Program surveys on the platforms, including links, embed codes, and call-to-action text
Monitor response collection and notify the responsible analyst when the response target is nearing completion
Organize and compile survey results, tracking spreadsheets, response databases, and incentive records
Keep records and tracking spreadsheets up to date
Prepare learning summaries and reports for supervisor or management review
Assist with publishing and removing surveys or content submitted by other teams
Provide general support for community operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience analyzing and consolidating information, conducting research, or managing communities
Strong organizational, analytical, and data and information interpretation skills
Knowledge of Excel
Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce and consolidate content and information
Self-motivated, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile
