About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day freight execution for transactional brokerage accounts
  • Manage load building, standard quoting, appointment scheduling, and document collection for TL and LTL modes
  • Monitor load coverage and escalate issues to maintain high service levels
  • Develop understanding of freight brokerage processes and quote standard TL lanes
  • Maintain accurate load records, complete inputs, clear notes, and auditability
  • Resolve standard exceptions using SOPs and guidelines
  • Provide routine load updates and respond to basic customer support requests
  • Keep sales representatives and senior operators informed with structured updates
  • Partner with Financial Ops, Billing, and Carrier Ops teams to resolve issues
  • Coordinate capacity, service recovery, and additional customer charges
  • Provide proactive exception communication and drive customer resolution alignment
