About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting, implementation, and technical support for Global Edge ERP clients
Participate in the entire software implementation process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and graduation
Develop and execute system implementation plans with new clients alongside the Project Manager
Coordinate across departments and with external partners for successful go-live events
Prepare and present live online training webinars
Develop professional training materials
Document data requirements, client SOPs, and process workflows
Report implementation status and potential issues to the Project Manager using Asana
Review business and operational processes and map current workflows to identify optimal application setup and deployment
Provide on-site and remote implementation and training
Support clients after go-live through follow-up training, issue resolution, and general business consulting
Continually improve implementation processes using lessons learned from projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Personable and articulate; able to effectively communicate information to an array of companies and people
Basic accounting principles required
Knowledge of GAAP accounting is a plus
Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana preferable
Previous experience with enterprise software packages and ERPs (accounting, dispatch, distribution, inventory, service automation)
Detail-oriented; strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Software implementation experience preferred
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year across North America
