About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the corporate revenue and gross profit model, ensuring it is timely, accurate, manageable, explainable, and aligned with business goals
  • Track and monitor multiple revenue streams, analyzing and presenting actual performance against forecasts to upper management
  • Guide sales channel routing decisions to improve Sales Operations efficiency and performance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis
  • Analyze financial and operational data to assess current and future business performance
  • Identify trends and suggest strategies to improve financial performance
  • Develop and execute what-if analyses and simulations for risk profiling
  • Present results and recommendations to management for improving performance
  • Document tools, models, and analyses in a clear, accessible format
  • Develop and present MBRs, QBRs, Weekly Sales Decks, and other regular reports using Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
  • Provide consistent, standardized reporting for business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Sales and Operations, Kiosk Pricing, Device Processing, and Business Intelligence teams
  • Identify opportunities to automate sales execution processes and contribute to ad hoc projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience using data to solve complex financial challenges, with emphasis on revenue and margin management
  • Strong analytical toolset in Tableau; VBA, SQL, and Alteryx are nice to haves
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Ability to blend technical expertise with business insights and communicate solutions to complex problems effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Responsibility, ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality results while understanding the business impact of changes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management
