About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Obtain quotations from suppliers, seeking the best cost-benefit ratio while meeting technical requirements
- Purchase materials and spare parts and contract services for the Operations, Maintenance, and Administrative departments
- Support competitive bidding processes (RFQs) and the formalization of supplier contracts and commercial agreements
- Negotiate prices, delivery deadlines, and payment terms
- Issue purchase orders in the system and track purchases through delivery of the product or service
- Keep procurement process information up to date in the purchasing system, including proposals, approvals, tender documents, and negotiations
- Serve as a guardian of internal Procurement policies and compliance standards, ensuring compliance, ethics, and transparency
- Handle and record procurement process nonconformities in coordination with the departments involved
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Intermediate English
- Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement
- Advanced Excel skills
