About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training
Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, improvement areas, and recommendations to client leadership
Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges
Complete a budgeted number of visits each week while delivering an exceptional client experience
Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology for planning and job functions
Support company and client growth initiatives
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable during operational visits
Conduct visits in hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, education, healthcare, and senior living facilities
Plan and manage the schedule in an independent work environment
Drive and/or fly to client locations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
Must be 21 years of age or older
No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position
Ability to reside within a commutable distance of Boston, MA
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate
Ability to obtain ServSafe and/or CP-FS certification(s) based on customer requirements
Ability to interact with food made from or with animal products and/or top allergens
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
Ability to inspect client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas, and going down tube slides
Ability to bend, squat, shift, and adjust movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to drive and/or fly to client locations; proper documentation to fly such as a Real ID or other acceptable identification
Eligibility to drive a company-paid vehicle, subject to pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, or business field
Preferred: Multilingual (Spanish & French)
High-level customer service and advanced consultative skills
Strong planning and organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work effectively without supervision, show initiative, good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
