About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training
Deliver on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights covering food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence
Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, improvement areas, and recommendations to client leadership
Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges
Complete a budgeted number of visits each week while delivering an exceptional client experience
Use an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology for planning and essential job functions
Support company and client growth initiatives
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable during operational visits in hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, education, healthcare, and senior living facilities
Interact with staff and residents during client visits
Plan and manage the schedule independently

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
Must be 21 years of age or older
No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position
Must reside within a commutable distance of San Francisco, CA
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate
Ability to travel overnight 25% of the time
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to drive and/or fly to client locations and have proper documentation to fly, such as a Real ID or other acceptable identification
Ability to drive a company-paid vehicle; pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will determine eligibility
Ability to work around, touch, and potentially consume food made from or with animal products and/or top allergens
Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality or business field preferred
Multilingual (Spanish & French preferred)
High-level customer service and advanced consultative skills
Strong planning and organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work effectively without supervision and demonstrate initiative, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
