About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee commercial aspects of client relationships, including program pipeline, product forecast, new product development, pricing, schedules, and escalations
- Develop and execute account plans for Cloud Service Providers and other customers to achieve double-digit year-over-year revenue growth
- Advocate for clients within the company and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Manage a diverse team of Key Account Managers responsible for program pipeline and product portfolios
- Ensure adherence to the selling process
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate sales collateral and proposals
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to understand hardware and services and incorporate client feedback into products
- Review and negotiate client-related contracts
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Travel internationally 20% or greater
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles focused on large enterprise IT companies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more, as well as cross-functional contributors
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent
- Knowledge of data center and IT markets
- Direct contacts at the big 5 hyperscalers in infrastructure or silicon programs
- Awareness of data center cooling strategies
- Ability to navigate a fast-moving industry
- Interest in new technologies
