About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Adapt and implement global marketing communications strategies into a European activation plan with lead-generation targets
  • Execute regional communications across traditional and digital channels throughout the customer journey
  • Localize global content, messaging, campaigns, and thought-leadership materials for European audiences
  • Source regional proof points and customer stories, test content efficacy, and report results against agreed metrics
  • Advise European regional leadership and the Senior Marketing Communications Manager on customer-facing issues and change-management communications
  • Partner with global Product Management, regional commercial, digital, and cross-functional teams to recommend channels and messaging for European buyers
  • Coordinate European trade-show activities, including copy, visuals, booth placement, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and event opportunities
  • Attend trade shows, monitor regional trends and competitive activity, and share insights with leadership
  • Assess existing European shows and research additional industry events for global calendar planning
  • Write, adapt, and quality-check copy for digital ads, trade-show booths, social media, video scripts, and local-language materials
  • Collaborate on regional search, paid social, email, and content-placement programs to increase engagement and qualified leads
  • Research and pilot new marketing communications tactics and share proven approaches across regions
  • Ensure branding, legal, regulatory, compliance, data privacy, and local language requirements are met
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance and lead-generation results, recommending activation adjustments
  • Coordinate with regional agencies, translation partners, and coordinators to deliver work on schedule
  • Support departmental and regional projects, including ribbon cuttings, photo shoots, video shoots, plant visits, and customer site visits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Skills in digital marketing, content creation, product launches, analytics, measurement & optimization, demand generation, lead nurture, customer communications, change management, project and budget management, and marketing communication planning and execution
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to the U.S. as required
  • Preferred: Experience within Purification Technologies or relevant industrial or regulated markets
  • Preferred: Experience marketing technical products, purification technologies, capital equipment, instrumentation, automation solutions, or complex equipment-based offerings
  • Preferred: Knowledge of purification technologies, contamination control, bio-decontamination, aseptic processing, cleanroom operations, or GMP-regulated environments
  • Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills, including translating strategy into regional plans, planning, critical thinking, cross-functional orchestration, overseeing multiple project elements, and a proven track record of results
  • Effective oral and written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
