About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act strategically in production planning and control, ensuring execution of defined plans, resource optimization, and fulfillment of business demands across Brazil, with a focus on service excellence, cost efficiency, and quality
- Manage a broad portfolio of products, network, or division, ensuring alignment among demand, production capacity, and the organization’s strategic objectives
- Be responsible for demand, supply, or raw-material planning, ensuring customer requirements are met through S&OP processes, medium- and long-term capacity planning, and/or resolution of material constraints
- Lead complex continuous improvement initiatives with broad scope and significant business impact, using advanced project management skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and/or related fields
- Reside in and/or be available to work in Suzano and Barueri
- Solid knowledge of production planning and control (PCP), preferably with experience in industrial environments
- Experience with APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) for planning and demand management
- Previous experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS), scheduling, and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Power BI and SQL
- Knowledge of SAP and JDEdwards systems
- Intermediate Spanish (a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with ERP (Industrial Module) and MRP I and II (a plus)
