About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategic work plans for completing service/consultation calls with existing customers
  • Define washing programs and set dosages on laundry machines
  • Carry out chemical analyses, including measuring conductivity, pH, and titrations
  • Troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems
  • Support the Sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations on Ecolab's laundry products, chemicals, processes, and programs
  • Support the Sales team in providing hands-on product and solution training
  • Provide expert consultation and solutions to commercial laundry customers to improve linen quality, operating efficiency, and sustainability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Leadership experience
  • At least 5 year of relevant work experience in a technical, service, or industrial environment
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and service teams
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
