About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate and execute sales plans within existing customer accounts and assigned competitive accounts to meet profit-increase goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience or capability in technical sales, account leadership, customer relationship development, technical support, system analysis, data interpretation, and written recommendations
  • Ability to generate and execute sales plans
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans
  • Ability to develop relationships with key customer stakeholders, including plant or facility executives
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer challenges, escalating as required
  • Ability to actively sell and support water-treatment innovations and technology
  • May need to undergo additional background screens and/or drug/alcohol testing for customer credentialing
  • Ability to work in the Richmond/Charlottesville, Virginia area
