About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Ecolab cleaning and sanitation programs
- Identify food safety risks and help prevent foodborne illnesses
- Manage a territory of customers and grow sales through service excellence and new product introductions
- Install and maintain equipment and collateral
- Complete food safety audits based on customer-required visit frequency
- Evaluate departments for compliance
- Facilitate sales of Ecolab products by suggesting improvements and new innovations
- Train customers on Ecolab products and services
- Maintain positive customer relationships and evaluate needs for sales opportunities
- Provide emergency call assistance as needed
- Travel to client locations and surrounding areas within the specified territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of outside sales or industry related (foodservice, hospitality, etc.) experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
- Availability to provide emergency call assistance at night, on weekends, and over holidays
- No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Proper documentation to fly, such as a Real ID or other acceptable identification
- Ability to work in confined spaces, damp/dusty areas, and extreme temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended periods
