About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Verify medical insurance coverage for dental implants, CT/CBCT scans, and mandibular advancement devices
- Contact insurance companies to confirm benefits, coverage, and authorization requirements
- Assist with medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and insurance claims
- Work closely with the dental billing team
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with US medical insurance billing and insurance verification
- Knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and claims processing
- Experience with dental-to-medical billing (Strongly Preferred)
- Familiarity with Dentrix (Preferred)
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Available to work EST hours
