About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze markets, competitors, customers, and business models, and derive well-founded recommendations for action
Support the development of new markets and business areas, as well as strategic initiatives related to growth, positioning, and internationalization
Work closely with the Managing Director and Chief of Staff
Prepare and implement strategic initiatives
Create management presentations, decision-making materials, and analyses
Support meetings and ensure structured follow-up on key projects
Create pitch decks, business cases, corporate presentations, and materials for investors, funding institutions, and strategic partners
Conduct independent qualitative and quantitative research and analyses
Present analysis results concisely to support management decisions
Take ownership of projects and workstreams relating to products, business models, partnerships, operating structures, and internationalization
Present complex content clearly and appropriately for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, finance, management, engineering, or a comparable field
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to thinking
Ability to quickly understand, structure, and distill complex issues down to their key points
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Interest in strategy, business development, international markets, and entrepreneurial topics
Independent working style and willingness to take ownership of results
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to present complex content precisely in written and visual formats
High quality standards and a meticulous approach to work
Ability to quickly get up to speed on new subject areas
German at C2 level
Professional fluency in English
Additional language skills are an advantage, especially for international markets
Initial experience in strategy consulting, the Big Four, corporate strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, business development, or a comparable environment is an advantage, but not required
