About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new provider accounts, including doctors' offices, med spas, wellness clinics, and telehealth platforms
  • Promote compounded medications, weight loss therapies, hormone replacement, dermatology products, and other customized pharmacy therapies
  • Educate providers on clinical benefits, patient outcomes, and practice growth strategies
  • Manage ongoing account relationships through regular check-ins, training, and support
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and provider satisfaction
  • Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales
  • Proven success in account management and consultative selling
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with aesthetics, wellness medicine, telehealth models, or functional medicine is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Experience with compounded medications and pharmacy services
  • Network of providers in aesthetics, HRT, weight loss, or integrative medicine
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA, and pharmacy compliance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Occasional travel to client offices, conferences, or pharmacy location may be required
