About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work across sales, finance, service delivery, network operations, and people functions to identify slow, manual, or outdated work
Map how work is performed and identify high-value processes to automate, fix, or eliminate
Design, build, and deploy AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and integrations
Integrate CRM, ERP, HR, ticketing, network, and monitoring systems through APIs
Simplify or remove process steps where appropriate
Establish project baselines and report hours saved, cycle time reduced, and errors removed
Help colleagues adopt AI through practical examples, short training sessions, and reusable tools
Protect company and customer data, maintain human oversight for risky decisions, and document solutions
Work closely with the AI & Data team and process owners
Report directly to the CEO

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work building LLM-powered applications, agents, or automations that people use every day
Strong Python or TypeScript skills
Comfort with APIs, SQL, and data pipelines
Practical experience with LLM APIs and techniques, including prompt design, tool use, retrieval (RAG), and evaluation
Experience integrating business systems through APIs and webhooks
Track record of taking an unclear problem from first conversation to working solution with little supervision
Clear communication with non-technical teams
Confidence to question established processes respectfully
English B2+
Based in the Miami, Florida area
