About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during implementation
  • Own enterprise, strategic, and multi-product/multi-campus accounts
  • Drive successful adoption, onboarding, and launches, including transition to Partner Success
  • Coach partners on change-management best practices
  • Identify and mitigate partner and delivery risk with Partner Success
  • Partner with Product and Technical Integrations to define implementation methodology, configuration standards, and documentation
  • Expand implementation processes for data-heavy, complex implementations such as CRM
  • Contribute to team-wide process and standards improvement
  • Mentor Implementation Managers and Associates
  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex partner relationship or delivery challenges
  • Maintain account project plans using Asana, Salesforce, and other project-management tools
  • Collaborate across internal teams to complete implementation tasks
  • Manage time, completion estimates, calendars, and partner expectations
  • Configure automated SFTP integrations to optimize ongoing data synchronization
  • Assist with field mapping and data alignment, liaising between partners and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing SaaS roles
  • At least 1-2 years managing enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Required: 3+ years of hands-on CRM implementation experience, including configuration, data migration, workflow/automation setup, and integrations
  • Experience with higher-education-specific CRM platforms such as EAB Navigate, Slate, Salesforce Education Cloud/EDA, Element451, Ellucian CRM Recruit/Advise, or similar is a strong plus
  • Multi-threaded stakeholder management experience
  • Change management experience
  • Ability to coach and mentor peers
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills; high EQ
  • Project management skills and experience using project management tools
  • Teaching and facilitation skills
  • Experience in higher education is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Must provide 3 references, ideally 2 previous managers
