About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the executive’s schedule and calendar, including calendar changes and requests
- Use computer programs to prepare correspondence and presentations, track and chart metrics data, perform data entry, and generate reports
- Prepare information, documents, and logistics for the assigned department, organizational group, or executive management
- Perform general administrative activities, including screening and directing phone calls, filing, and composing and typing correspondence
- Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with policies and procedures
- Plan and execute meetings and events
- Provide high-level executive partnership to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Sales Leadership Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of directly related experience, including executive administrative support
- Experience working within the healthcare or medical device industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage complex travel arrangements
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and administrative requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with utmost discretion
- Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Adherence to company rules and requirements, including Environmental Health & Safety rules
