About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing, and leading solution implementation
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in business processes
  • Develop functional business requirements and articulate system functionality and features
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements
  • Perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes
  • Test and research data integrity and accuracy
  • Identify and recommend innovations to enhance business-process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop organizational change-management, training, and communication strategies
  • Assess impacts of process and system changes, minimize disruption, streamline transition, and improve adoption
  • Facilitate process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions
  • Lead testing and validation of processes and systems
  • Serve as liaison between business process owners, business units, functional groups, regions, and IT
  • Train and transfer knowledge to super-users to drive process automation and optimization
  • Train users on new processes, workflows, and systems
  • Perform other incidental duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 5 years’ experience of related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
  • CRM platform certification (preferred)
  • Certification in International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed and global business environment (preferred)
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills (preferred)
  • Substantial understanding and knowledge of requirement solicitation and consulting practices, process mapping, project management principles, and software development lifecycle (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing environments (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills (preferred)
  • Strict attention to detail (preferred)
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues (preferred)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams (preferred)
  • Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters (preferred)
  • Adherence to company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules (preferred)
