About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop solutions to and lead execution on complex projects
Act as key contact and liaison between data analytics and business stakeholders, including senior internal/external personnel
Automate, standardise and deliver commercial dashboards, reporting, analytics and strategic insights to deliver business outcomes
Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholder business decisions
Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
Coordinate evaluation, scope and execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement with stakeholders
Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks, including merging duplicate records and establishing ownership of existing accounts and contacts
Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance initiatives
Drive best practices for adoption, usage, data maintenance and integrity
Perform other incidental duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
5+ years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC)
Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.)
Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
Knowledge of database, data warehousing or data sciences
Experience in documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak to varying levels across the organization
Good computer skills including related tools and systems
Solid knowledge and understanding with BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications
Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
Strict attention to detail
