About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Partner with Commercial Operations leadership to define and execute annual and long-range strategic priorities
  • Translate executive objectives into measurable action plans, governance structures, and performance metrics
  • Drive high-priority business initiatives and ensure cross-functional accountability
  • Monitor strategic goals and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Lead special projects and enterprise initiatives for Commercial Operations leadership
  • Prepare executive briefings, business reviews, leadership materials, and strategic presentations
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, operating reviews, and business planning sessions
  • Synthesize data, stakeholder input, and business insights to drive decisions
  • Manage leadership communications and organizational alignment
  • Establish operational rhythms, governance models, and management systems
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration and remove execution barriers
  • Lead QBRs, MBRs, annual sales planning, and strategic reviews
  • Streamline processes and improve organizational performance
  • Support integration of new technologies, processes, and organizational capabilities
  • Partner with analytics and business intelligence teams to monitor KPIs and business outcomes
  • Develop performance reviews to support decision-making
  • Provide leadership visibility into risks, opportunities, and market dynamics
  • Own leadership team governance and meeting effectiveness
  • Track decisions, commitments, and executive action items
  • Facilitate alignment across functional leaders and support escalation management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria required
  • Minimum ten (10) years’ progressive experience in sales operations, sales strategy, and/or sales business intelligence required
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for QBR and Leadership Meetings
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Oracle, JDE, MIDAS, Tableau, ELBIS, Salesforce.com, or QlikView preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, and Copilot
  • Knowledge across sales operations, marketing, finance, and commercial data systems preferred
  • Proven project management experience
  • Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships
  • Ability to think strategically, connect insights across the business, and recommend practical solutions
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • High credibility, integrity, and track record of delivering results
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and escalate issues appropriately
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting projects and partnering with project managers, sales strategy, and operations teams
  • Ability to provide task-level guidance to outsourcing partners or external vendors
