About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Strong verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Strong sales instincts and ability to recognize buying signals
  • Driven and competitive mindset
  • Personal accountability, self-awareness, and student mentality
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize work while collaborating with a team
  • Flexibility, ability to pivot quickly, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree
  • Must live in or relocate to Massachusetts, or live within commutable distance to the Cambridge, Massachusetts office
  • Ability to work Friday-Tuesday, 9am-5:30pm local time
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday during onboarding from February 2nd to 16th
